Raido is a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring that all young people can create a bright future for themselves through education and community. They offer various products and services centered around well-being, community, youth, and education. Raido works alongside 50 educational institutions across the country to find innovative ways to increase student retention and success through networks, knowledge, and interventions.

They collaborate with FGUs and vocational and gymnasial educational institutions to tackle student dropout rates in three key ways: sharing insights on trends and blind spots, developing and evaluating new dropout prevention initiatives with high involvement from students and staff, and facilitating national professional learning communities for school leaders and SPS-guidance counselors. Whether it's arranging mini-internships for HF students, promoting community and engagement through morning assemblies, or incorporating indoor cycling into the curriculum to enhance student well-being and camaraderie, Raido strives to empower young people to thrive academically and socially.
