Rainbow Nourishments is a vegan baking and recipe brand created by Anthea, a cook, photographer and recipe developer. The site shares carefully tested recipes made with simple ingredients, with an emphasis on showing that plant-based baking can be delicious and satisfying while accommodating ethical choices, allergies and dietary preferences. Its collection includes desserts such as cakes, muffins, cookies, brownies, cheesecakes, pies and tarts, alongside yeast breads, quick breads, savory recipes, snacks and frozen treats.

Visitors can browse recipes by category and explore seasonal collections, including cozy autumn desserts. Popular recipes include vegan lemon blueberry cake, pecan upside-down cake, apple cinnamon rolls and apple bread. Rainbow Nourishments also offers a shop featuring the Nourishing Treats ebook, and readers can sign up to receive new recipes by email.
