A HoReCa Excellence Education program developed by Coca-Cola HBC Adria aimed at aligning the skills and knowledge of people with the needs of employers in the tourism and hospitality sectors is a step in the right direction when it comes to the further development of the tourism and hospitality sectors in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program consists of three projects modules: 1) Raise the Bar Academy We have founded our own training center for waiters, bartenders and baristas. Along with advanced equipment, the required tools and ingredients, people with at least one year of working experience in the hospitality sector have the opportunity to learn and adopt the most up-to-date techniques in line with the latest gastronomic and hospitality trends, certificated by Coca-Cola HBC Croatia and the European Bartender School. 2) Raise the Bar Scholarships We award scholarships to talents in gastronomy allowing them to perfect their skills in the best schools gastronomy centers around the world. 3) Raise the Bar Youth The Raise the Bar Youth program is intended for senior students of catering and tourism schools to provide them with additional training by conveying soft and business skills. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education and high schools from all over Croatia.

About Raise the Bar Adria
Raise the Bar is an educational program aimed at improving the quality of knowledge among workers in the hospitality and tourism industry. Coca-Cola HBC Croatia is committed to being a part of these changes. Within the program, they have established their own educational center, the Raise the Bar Academy, which offers learning opportunities and the adoption of the latest techniques in line with the latest gastronomic and hospitality trends. The Academy is open to individuals with at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry and provides advanced equipment, necessary tools, and ingredients.
In addition to the Academy, Raise the Bar also offers scholarships to talented individuals in the culinary field, allowing them to further enhance their skills at the best educational institutions worldwide. They have also launched the Raise the Bar Youth program, which aims to empower students in their final years of hospitality and tourism schools in Croatia, providing them with the necessary skills and adaptability to succeed in the job market.
