About Raising Thriving Families
Raising Thriving Families, founded by Lina Lie and formerly known as The Heartful Mama, supports parents who want to respond to their children with greater calm, connection, and confidence. The brand helps families address big emotions, reduce yelling and power struggles, and build cooperation through practical, evidence-based parenting education and coaching. Its approach draws on attachment science, child brain development, nervous system awareness, emotional intelligence, and positive parenting, with attention to parents’ own patterns and experiences as well as children’s behavior.
Services include a self-paced, 10-week digital program with three live coaching sessions and lifetime access to course materials; group offerings such as Reflective Parent Circles and Circle of Security Parenting; and individualized 1:1 coaching, including Spotlight Coaching. The site also offers parenting resources, a free guide to positive parenting, and an email newsletter with reflections and occasional offerings.
