Rams Juniors

Rams Juniors Volleyball is a youth volleyball club serving the Southeast Polk School District in Iowa. Describing itself as one big family, the club offers opportunities for young athletes to learn, develop their skills, and compete. Its activities span the school and club seasons, with options that can keep players involved throughout the year, including beach volleyball, summer camps, and open gyms.

Programs include club teams, a school-season program, an 11U/12U league, and skills clinics for different grade levels. Camps, clinics, and other training and development events help players get to know the game and improve their abilities. The club also shares practice schedules, tryout information, tournament guidance, health and nutrition resources, and forms for families and coaches. The website notes that camps and tryouts are limited to students from the Southeast Polk District.

Rams Juniors practices mainly at Southeast Polk High School and Delaware Elementary, and competes in tournaments across the Iowa Region, primarily in the Des Moines metro area.
