Rana Fotballklubb is a community-focused football club based in Mo i Rana, Norway. Founded on 4 December 2017 through the merger of IL Stålkameratene and Mo IL, the club combines grassroots participation with ambitious competitive football. Its guiding values are openness, community and quality, and it aims to provide accessible, enjoyable and well-organised activities, particularly for children and young people.

The club fields men’s and women’s senior teams. The men’s team competes in Norway’s Second Division, while the women’s team represents the city’s top-level women’s football programme and plays in the Third Division HeSa. Rana FK also supports young players through children’s and youth football, goalkeeper development, training programmes and holiday camps. Its football after-school programme, FFO, serves children in grades 3–7 and includes meals and transport from school.

Beyond training and matches, the club organises activities and tournaments, including Rana Gruber Cup, and welcomes members, volunteers, supporters and business partners. Fans can also follow fixtures, news and club events through its website and social channels.
