Ranč Ally

Ranč Ally is a small family ranch in Ptice, in the Prague-West area of the Czech Republic. The ranch began taking shape in 2014, welcomed its first horse in spring 2016, and opened its activities to riders in summer 2017. It mainly keeps Haflinger and NASH horses; its first ranch-born horse, Biggles, arrived in 2023. Rather than preparing horses or children for competitions, Ranč Ally focuses on enjoyable experiences, natural communication between people and horses, and the wellbeing of both horse and rider.

Its activities include guided horseback rides for children and adults through nearby forests, with beginners accompanied on a lead rope and experienced riders able to ride independently after instruction. Visitors can learn western riding basics and horse care, or join the “World of Horses” club for beginners and less experienced riders. The ranch also offers western-themed birthday celebrations, school and kindergarten programs, gift vouchers, pasture boarding, and a suburban summer camp. Its western program evokes the era of cowboys and the American West.
