Manny Randazzo King Cakes is a renowned brand that has been creating mouthwatering king cakes since 1965. The tradition of these delectable treats started with Manny, a second-generation baker who learned the secret recipe from his father, Manuel Randazzo Sr. In 1992, Manny opened his full-service bakery under the guidance of his father, dedicating the business exclusively to the baking of their famous king cakes due to their overwhelming popularity and demand.
These king cakes have become so beloved that in the 2012 Mardi Gras season, Manny's Pecan Praline King Cake was voted the best after a series of taste tests. It earned the title of King Cake King. Every year, eager customers line up at the storefront in mid-December, patiently awaiting the opening of the bakery to get their hands on the festive Christmas king cakes, adorned with red and green decorations.
The official King Cake Season starts on January 3rd, and customers eagerly flock to the bakery, enticed by the delightful aroma of freshly-baked king cakes. Manny Randazzo King Cakes is not just popular locally, but its fame has spread across the country, thanks to their efficient overnight delivery service. Manny and his wife Pam are passionate about their family business and are devoted to providing the finest quality and most heavenly-tasting king cakes in town.
