RapidEPR

RapidEPR is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to help service members turn rough notes about their work into clear, branch-ready performance reports, awards, and citations. Built by service members, the platform supports the Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, with formats tailored to each service’s terminology and evaluation processes. Its tools include bullet and statement generators, officer and enlisted report sections, duty descriptions, assessments, award generators, and guidance for relevant regulations and policies.

Supported documents include Air Force EPBs and OPBs, Army NCOERs and OERs, Navy EVALs and FITREPs, EERs, and award citations. Users can choose their branch and document type to create a draft, with options ranging from achievement and commendation medals to performance report content. RapidEPR is free to start, requires no credit card, and also offers documentation, support, and a Discord community.

The company presents its service as mission-focused and service-member-centered, while noting that it is not affiliated with the U. S. Department of Defense
