Rare Earths Americas Inc

Rare Earths Americas is a mineral exploration company focused on building a reliable source of rare earth elements for the Americas. The company’s mission is to support American supply security for materials used in clean energy, electric vehicles, consumer electronics, defense, medical applications and other advanced technologies. Its portfolio combines projects in Brazil with a high-grade discovery in the United States.

In Georgia, the Foothills project features hard-rock mineralization and near-surface monazite sands, with reported boulder samples reaching 41.3% total rare earth oxide. In Brazil, Constellation and Alpha are large-scale projects with reported resources and shallow, free-dig mineralization; Alpha also highlights heavy rare earth content and access to the port of Ilhéus. The Homer project in Goiás is an exploration opportunity targeting niobium and rare earths across more than 1,200 square kilometres.

Rare Earths Americas develops and explores these mineral assets rather than offering consumer products or services. Its work addresses growing demand for rare earths and the geopolitical and supply-chain risks associated with concentrated global production.
