Rasulson Consulting is a recruitment consultancy focused on helping companies find IT specialists who fit their teams, working environments and quality needs—not just the requirements listed in a job description. The company places particular emphasis on quality-critical roles, including testing, where sound judgment, ownership and attention to product quality can affect releases and software reliability.
Its service begins with a strategy conversation to understand a client’s team, tools, product and hiring goals. Rasulson then searches for and carefully screens candidates, presenting up to three people it considers well matched to the role. This approach is designed to reduce irrelevant applications and unnecessary interviews, helping employers make hiring decisions with greater confidence. The consultancy also follows up after a placement.
Rasulson Consulting serves both employers seeking talent and candidates exploring job opportunities, with current vacancies listed on its website. The company cites experience in recruitment and quality-critical systems, and is based in Mjölby, Sweden.
