RAUEN Coaching

RAUEN Agentur is a business coaching platform operated by Christopher Rauen GmbH, connecting people and organisations with qualified coaches and coaching education providers. Since 2001, the agency has supported personal development professionals, managers, employees and private individuals seeking coaching, with a focus on expertise, credibility and clear guidance.

Visitors can search an extensive database of professional business coaches, post an anonymous coaching request on the digital noticeboard, or use the agency’s personal coach-matching service. Coaches and coaching institutes can also present their services through the platform. For those looking to learn or deepen their knowledge of coaching, RAUEN Agentur features more than 200 certified training and continuing-education programmes from recognised institutes, alongside an education database and anonymous training requests.

The agency also shares guidance through its coaching resource centre, helping clients, HR professionals and decision-makers assess coaches, training programmes and relevant topics. Its Coaching Manifest outlines principles and quality standards for responsible coaching, including qualifications, transparency, confidentiality and appropriate professional boundaries.
