Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-focused organisation with more than 75 years’ experience supporting individuals, couples, families and communities across Melbourne and regional Victoria. It serves people of all ages and backgrounds, offering accessible support regardless of religion, gender, culture, sexual orientation or economic circumstances. RAV provides counselling for individuals, couples and families, alongside child and family services, mental health support, and help for people affected by family violence.

Its family dispute resolution services assist separating couples and adult family members to address parenting and property matters. The organisation also offers specialist support for people affected by forced adoption, intercountry adoptees and families, Forgotten Australians, and people seeking assistance through the National Redress Scheme. Relationship education includes parenting courses, workshops, support groups, programs for men who use family violence, and learning opportunities for schools and families.

RAV also delivers workplace support services and nationally recognised accredited training. With centres and programs located throughout Victoria, it aims to foster safer, healthier relationships and strengthen wellbeing through practical, professional assistance
