Ravenshield is a Los Angeles-based, senior-led AI and analytics consultancy founded in 2015. It partners with enterprise teams in banking and capital markets, retail, healthcare, logistics, and insurance to turn data and AI initiatives into working production systems. Its approach replaces lengthy discovery phases, junior staffing pyramids, and slide presentations with focused delivery by experienced practitioners.

Ravenshield’s services span AI strategy and roadmapping, analytics and data platforms, applied AI and generative AI, and enablement and governance. Projects may include demand forecasting, fraud detection, retrieval-grounded copilots, trusted data pipelines, semantic layers, and executive dashboards. The consultancy describes a typical path from kickoff to deployment as eight weeks: diagnosing data and selecting a high-value use case, building and integrating a solution, then deploying and measuring it in production.

Engagements have fixed, fast scopes, and clients retain ownership of the code, systems, and playbooks, with handoff designed to help their teams operate and extend the work. Ravenshield serves clients worldwide from its Los Angeles base
