Räyskälän Ilmailukerho

Räyskälä Aviation Club is an aviation association based at Räyskälä Aviation Centre in Loppi, Finland. It welcomes people interested in several forms of aviation, including hot-air ballooning, gliding, model aviation and powered flying. The club presents these activities as opportunities to learn, develop practical skills and take part in a shared aviation community.

Glider pilots can use the club’s varied fleet of single- and two-seat aircraft, travel longer distances and enter competitions. Ballooning offers a slower-paced way to fly with the air currents, and the club notes that a hot-air balloon pilot licence can be obtained from age 17. Model aviation combines patient aircraft building with recreational flying and, for those interested, competitive events that can test both stamina and composure.

The club provides information for members on flying procedures, aircraft reservations, licences, manuals, instructors and fees, alongside guidance on its different activities. It also invites prospective members to join and shares club rules, contact details and a calendar of events.
