The Regional Center of the East Bay (RCEB) is a community-based, private non-profit corporation that coordinates lifelong services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. We work in partnership with various individuals and agencies to plan and coordinate services in the Alameda and Contra Costa counties of California. Our mission is to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, empowering them with the tools needed to achieve lives of quality and satisfaction.
