About Refugee Consortium of Kenya
The Refugee Consortium of Kenya (RCK) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 1998. Our mission is to respond to the complex and deteriorating refugee situation in Kenya, the Great Lakes, and the Horn of African Region. With a focus on protecting and promoting the well-being, voice, and dignity of displaced and host populations, we offer a range of services.
These include legal aid and governance, women and girls' empowerment, peace and social justice, mental health and psychosocial support, and organizational development. We believe in systemic and social change, advocating for responsive policies and governance that meet the needs of displaced populations. In collaboration with partners, we work to empower and protect the displaced, ensuring they can live a dignified life.
