The Religious Community for Reproductive Choice (RCRC) positions itself at the intersection of faith and reproductive justice, drawing on the moral strengths of diverse religious communities. By advocating for the belief that the decision to become a parent is deeply personal, RCRC offers spiritual guidance and emotional support as individuals navigate their reproductive choices free from shame and stigma. Rooted in principles of sacred justice, RCRC provides a range of services including spiritual companionship for those facing reproductive challenges and training for faith leaders and healthcare professionals to offer supportive care devoid of judgment.
The organization’s Spiritual Youth for Reproductive Freedom (SYRF) program cultivates future leaders in the reproductive rights movement. Additionally, RCRC promotes education through the Religion & Repro Learning Center, empowering activists and scholars. Committed to anti-racism, RCRC strives for a just society where all individuals can thrive, actively working to dismantle oppression while fostering dialogue and understanding across varied faith backgrounds.
