AES Dominicana Foundation is the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of AES Dominicana. It consists of AES Andres, Dominican Power Partners, one gas pipeline, and AES Bayasol. The foundation is dedicated to fulfilling its commitment to local communities and contributing positively to society. AES Dominicana focuses on working for the country's development by prioritizing areas experiencing volatile conditions, such as education and the environment.

The foundation goes beyond addressing material needs and also nourishes the soul through art and culture. It sponsors the Trampoline Children's Museum and supports young Dominican filmmakers, emerging visual artists, and talented musicians by providing scholarships to study at Berklee College of Music in Boston. AES Dominicana Foundation brings joy to the world, reflecting one of the core values of AES Dominicana.

The foundation's mission is to promote Corporate Social Responsibility in culture, education, sports, and health. It collaborates with AES Dominicana's personnel and affiliated organizations to achieve this mission. Through partnerships with AMCHAM and USAID, the foundation works on educational aid projects. It also offers scholarships in collaboration with INTEC for outstanding students.

Additionally, AES Dominicana Foundation promotes environmental awareness through the Recicla con Puntos Limpios program, which encourages plastic and paper recycling and fosters the culture of reducing, reusing, and recycling.
