REACH Community Services is a social service agency in Singapore that supports people facing hardship, isolation and other challenges. Guided by a commitment to reach the least, the lost and the lonely, the organisation provides community programmes and professional services for families, individuals, young people and seniors.

Its Family Service supports vulnerable and low-income families and individuals in Bishan, Sin Ming, Shunfu and Thomson. Commissioned and funded by Singapore’s Ministry of Social and Family Development, the service works alongside clients to build on their strengths, address difficulties and strengthen family relationships. REACH Counselling and Mental Health Service offers professional counselling for individuals, couples and families, providing a supportive space to work through personal and relationship concerns. The Youth Service focuses on recognising and nurturing young people’s strengths and potential. For seniors, REACH offers active ageing and mental wellness services to encourage fuller, more engaged lives.
