ReAct stands for “Resilience in Action” – our vision is a world with fair and decent work for all. We aim to achieve this through our mission of creating worker led, community-based legal programmes for workers to secure their rights, and co-create a world of work built on dignity and respect.

About ReAct Asia
ReAct - Resilience in Action is a Hong Kong-registered charity established in 2021. Our vision is to achieve a world with fair and decent work for all. At ReAct, we are dedicated to creating worker-led, community-based legal programs that empower workers to secure their rights.
We believe in co-creating a world of work that is built on dignity and respect. Through our mission, we aim to give migrant workers the autonomy and agency to represent themselves and their peers. We believe that migrant workers are their own best advocates and can effectively represent their interests when equipped with the right opportunities and tools.
At ReAct, we offer various services including access to remedy, capacity building, research, and policy development. Our goal is to ensure that every worker has access to justice and is treated with fairness and respect.
