Real LEDGE Honduras (RLH) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that originated in the United States and established itself in Honduras in 2014. Their main objective is to provide entrepreneurship and life skills training to teachers and young students in public schools. However, RLH has expanded its reach and has successfully trained various populations, aiming to foster entrepreneurial mindsets, develop life skills, and create opportunities for participants.

The methodology used by Real LEDGE is based on learning by doing and was developed by leaders in the fields of economy and education, thanks to a million-dollar grant from the Mott Foundation in the US. Since its arrival in Honduras, Real LEDGE has formed alliances with several organizations, including the US Embassy in Honduras, BID Lab, the Ministry of Education, and various universities, foundations, and cultural institutions. With a mission to empower individuals and transform communities, Real LEDGE Honduras offers programs specifically designed for students, women, Lenca communities, and migrants.
