REAL School Budapest is an independent, not-for-profit international learning environment that is dedicated to educating for sustainability. Their mission is to cultivate a new generation that can envision and construct a more beautiful, equitable, and sustainable world for themselves and all living beings. The school offers a unique educational experience primarily through real-life, entrepreneurial learning.

Currently, they are accepting international students aged 5 to 14. REAL School Budapest holds prestigious accreditation, including Patron's Accredited Member status from the Council of British International Schools (COBIS), making it the only school in Hungary with this recognition. Furthermore, they have received two Blue Circle (beacon school) Awards from COBIS, one for their commitment to sustainability and the other for their exceptional approach to well-being within the school community and learning program.

The school is also fully licensed by the Hungarian Ministry of Human Capacities. Founded by Barna Baráth and Viktória Szemerédy, REAL School Budapest was inspired by their experience at Green School in Bali, Indonesia. They sought to create an urbanized version of Green School in Budapest, focusing on providing a different kind of education that emphasizes skills, mindset, and adaptability rather than just content.
