Real Supplements

REAL Supplements is a UK-made sports nutrition brand focused on hydration and fight-week support for combat athletes. Founded by working fight coach Bradley Poole, the brand draws on his 15 years in combat sports and sports medicine education to turn research into practical products and guidance for fighters, coaches and gyms.

Its flagship product, REAL Hydrate, is a berry-flavoured electrolyte and carbohydrate drink mix. Each scoop provides 215 mg of sodium and 9.3 g of carbohydrate, with 45 servings per tub—enough for an eight-week training camp and fight week. It is vegan, made in the UK at a GMP facility, and lists its ingredients and doses on the label. REAL Recharge is a post-weigh-in rehydration box containing high-strength tablets, a tub of REAL Hydrate and a printed five-step plan.

REAL also offers creatine, Defence and Digest supplements, plus a Coach Case of ten Hydrate tubs for gyms. Its free Rehydration Corner resources include a personalised fight-week plan and educational guidance, with optional online fight-preparation support.
