Realvest Property Assignments (RPA) is a South African property developer established in 2010 by founder and director John Swart. The company specialises in turnkey projects for the commercial and high-end residential markets, drawing on a network of professional consultants and master builders. RPA offers tailored development services from property selection through to project delivery.
