Leila Bahri-Lucas offers relationship coaching and therapeutic support for individuals, couples and groups in Dubai and online. Described as the UAE’s first certified Relational Life Therapy (RLT) Coach, she helps clients understand recurring relationship patterns, communicate more honestly and build deeper connection. Her approach is grounded in RLT, with Compassionate Inquiry® woven throughout, combining compassion for the experiences that shaped a person with direct attention to the behaviours that may be affecting relationships now.

Sessions explore the reactions people may rely on during conflict, such as becoming defensive, withdrawing or agreeing while resentment builds. Clients are supported to recognise their part in these patterns and practise staying present, listening and speaking openly. The practice offers individual and couples sessions, as well as couples intensives and group work. Its services also address personal struggles and difficult life experiences, including infertility and reproductive trauma, reflected in client accounts. With a focus on self-understanding, responsibility and connection rather than simply finding the right words, Leila’s work is designed for people who feel stuck and want new ways to relate to themselves and others.
