Rebecca Waite Dressage

Rebecca Waite Dressage is the professional training practice of Rebecca Waite, a USDF gold medalist, international rider, and experienced dressage trainer. Drawing on years of hands-on experience, including early work with trainer Shelly Francis, Rebecca helps riders and horses develop their abilities and work toward individual goals. Her approach centers on clear communication, sound horsemanship, and building a strong partnership both in the saddle and on the ground.

Training is tailored to each horse’s age, experience, and the rider’s aspirations, with the aim of producing willing, happy horses capable of progressing through the upper levels of dressage. Services include dressage lessons and training, clinics, and coaching at shows. The practice also welcomes horses at its facilities and offers dressage horse sales.

Rebecca’s work focuses not only on competitive progress, but also on supporting the relationship between horse and rider throughout the training journey. Based in Wellington, Rebecca Waite Dressage provides a personalized resource for riders seeking instruction, development, and guidance in the sport
