IPNB Psychotherapy of Austin

A New Voice is the therapy and consulting practice of Rebecca Wren, a licensed professional counselor in Texas based in Austin. Rebecca offers experiential, body-centered, neuroscience-based support to help people explore and integrate the beliefs and experiences shaping their lives. Her approach draws on Interpersonal Neurobiology, Internal Family Systems, Deep Brain Reorienting, Somatic Experiencing, and sand tray therapy.

Individual therapy is available in person in Austin and virtually, with focused clinical groups and therapy intensives also offered. Rebecca works with women, men, and nonbinary adults, including neurodivergent clients and members of the LGBTQ+ community. Areas of focus include trauma-related conditions, attachment issues, PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociation, chronic illness, and chronic pain.

Through clinical consulting, Rebecca helps therapists deepen their understanding of neuroscience-based and experiential trauma-focused approaches. Her consulting supports clinicians working with complex cases involving neurodivergence, dissociation, complex PTSD, and chronic illness. A New Voice centers each person’s unique path, combining attuned support with an emphasis on self-discovery, healing, and belonging.
