Rebel Performance

Rebel Hockey & Performance is a sports training and performance centre based in Blainville, Quebec, serving athletes since 2007. Its team of kinesiology and strength-and-conditioning professionals helps athletes develop through individualized training informed by testing, research and performance data. The centre specializes in hockey preparation, offering comprehensive off-season programs, optional on-ice training in skating, speed and skills, and year-round adult group training through Rebel 3-Fit. Athletes can also access private coaching, performance and postural assessments, and technical practice on synthetic ice.

Rebel’s approach connects assessment, programming and ongoing measurement. Its testing system tracks 84 metrics across areas such as strength, power, speed, agility, cardiovascular fitness and explosiveness. Athletes can view results, age-group percentiles, daily programs and session schedules through a personal online platform. The centre also offers physiotherapy in partnership with Simon Gloutnay of PhysiothérapieSG, including dry needling. Facilities include a strength-training area, speed zone, synthetic ice and a testing laboratory. Rebel works with hockey teams and other sports organizations in the Laurentides region and beyond.
