The Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) is the regulator for Alberta’s real estate industry. It sets and enforces professional standards for licensees working in residential, rural, commercial, and property management, as well as mortgage and condominium management. RECA’s role is to support responsible practice, help licensees understand their obligations, and protect consumers through oversight and enforcement.
