Recess4Rover is a locally owned and operated dog walking service serving Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and nearby Northport. Founded by dog lover and owner David Truhett, the business helps pet owners whose work schedules, busy lives, or physical limitations make it difficult to walk their dogs during the day. Its core service is daytime dog walking, designed to provide dogs with exercise, one-on-one attention, and opportunities for potty breaks while their owners are away.
Regular walks can also offer visual and sensory stimulation, ease stress or boredom, and help reduce behaviors associated with excess energy, such as barking, chewing, and scratching. Recess4Rover invites prospective clients to get started and provides information about consultations, meeting hours and costs, and its cancellation policy. The website also features communication resources, customer testimonials, a Happy Tails gallery showcasing the dogs it serves, and information about the company’s giving-back efforts.
As a registered Alabama LLC, Recess4Rover focuses on supporting dogs’ physical and emotional well-being and giving owners greater peace of mind
