Recipes for Wellbeing is a not-for-profit association under Swiss law that helps changemakers, movements, and organisations serving people and the planet cultivate wholebeing in everyday work and life. Its approach is supported by a liberatory learning framework and a freely accessible, open-source library of activities, alongside Substack learning journeys for practising wellbeing skills.
The organisation offers practical ways for individuals and teams to explore and strengthen wellbeing. These include short, experiential Huddles; individual and group coaching; immersive retreats through its Labs; and training in facilitation for wholebeing. Recipes for Wellbeing also provides tailored support to bring wellbeing into events and conferences, as well as digital expertise to help people balance their relationship with technology.
