ACI Recovery Services, also known as Addictions Counselling Inverness, is an award-winning organisation supporting individuals and families affected by addiction in the Highlands. Its person-centred counsellors and recovery coaches aim to foster empowerment, restoration and a supportive recovery community. Services include one-to-one counselling, group therapies, recovery planning and coaching, with support offered free of charge. People can contact the organisation by telephone, online or in person, and referrals may be made for oneself or someone else.
ACI provides a calm, private setting for appointments, with secluded counselling rooms and complimentary refreshments. Its main office is on Church Street in Inverness, and it also offers in-person sessions in Invergordon through its Easter Ross service. For those unable to attend in person, ACI-Connect provides confidential, secure video calls. The Inverness premises include five counselling rooms and a training room. ACI Recovery Services welcomes people seeking help to explore its services and take a step towards recovery.
