Közép-Kelet-Európai Rekreációs Társaság

The Central-Eastern European Recreation Society aims to enrich lives through engaging recreational and educational programs. Drawing inspiration from Márai Sándor’s philosophy, "Experience writes itself; the idea is yours," the organization promotes a holistic approach to well-being. It offers a diverse range of services including training programs for hygiene specialists and sauna masters, alongside academic resources via its journal, the Recreation Scientific Magazine.

The Society hosts numerous events such as lifestyle clubs in cities like Szeged and Budapest, focusing on health, creativity, and community engagement. Notable programs include workshops on lifestyle choices, various conferences such as the VII. ELTE Sport-Science-Health Conference, and collaborative endeavors with educational institutions to foster knowledge-sharing.

With a commitment to enhancing public health awareness, initiatives like the "October Health" month and preventive health workshops underscore its dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle. Emphasizing community and interactivity, the Central-Eastern European Recreation Society serves as a vital hub for recreation, education, and health awareness in the region.
