RED Associates IPSA provides information and resources for industry personnel security assurance, a framework designed to help companies effectively manage staff who hold National Security Vetting (NSV). The process is managed by the Industry Security Assurance Centre (ISAC), which assesses sponsor companies’ policies and procedures against the standards set out in the IPSA Policy. Its focus is on ensuring vetted individuals receive appropriate aftercare, extending beyond annual forms to include pre-vetting screening, ongoing monitoring and assessment, disciplinary and welfare procedures, risk assessment, and the development of a positive security culture.

The RED IPSA website supports this work by sharing security guidance and regular updates with its users. Its resources include security clearance guidance, threat and travel updates, training materials, a security refresher quiz, supplementary information, and industry security notices. News and updates cover topics such as safeguarding information, travel-related cyber security, online safety, and scams. The site also explains that login activity and responses to required updates may be reported to UK Security Vetting in relation to clearances held by RED.
