The Ulyanovsk Regional Branch of the Russian Red Cross is a vital part of the broader humanitarian movement, operating for over 150 years to support vulnerable populations in the region. As an integral regional chapter of the All-Russian public organization, the Ulyanovsk Red Cross engages in a wide array of essential services aimed at improving living conditions and providing aid during emergencies.

Their offerings include promoting blood and bone marrow donation, medical and social services, and home care programs for those in need. They also provide preventive healthcare initiatives and educational programs related to health awareness, including anonymous HIV testing and pre-departure medical examinations.

Notably, during World War II, the Ulyanovsk Red Cross played a crucial role in healthcare training and support for military hospitals. Today, they continue to embody their guiding principles of humanitarianism, compassion, and solidarity, ensuring continuous support for the local community during times of need. Visitors can reach them at their Ulyanovsk office for further information or to get involved.
