Redeem Health started in 2013 by Nadder Montassir to deliver water-based fasting retreats for individuals suffering from different chronic diseases and bad habits after he himself experienced significant positive health transformation when he took this journey himself. Participants come to fast and detoxify, enabling the body to heal itself from different diseases and also break bad habits.
