The Redemptorists

The Redemptorists of the Baltimore Province are part of a Catholic religious congregation founded in 1732. Missionary priests, deacons, and brothers follow the example of St. Alphonsus Liguori, preaching the Gospel and serving people who are poor or spiritually abandoned. The congregation’s work includes serving in parishes and shrines, preaching parish missions and retreats, supporting immigrants, and providing material and spiritual assistance to people facing hunger, homelessness, or despair. The Redemptorists also promote devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help and share their mission through traditional preaching, social media, podcasts, videos, reflections, and novenas.

The province’s website connects visitors with its ministries, communities, vocations, international missions, retreat centers, and the Shrine of St. John Neumann. It offers ways to submit prayer intentions, attend events, learn about Redemptorist saints, and support missionary formation and outreach through donations. Visitors can also order Mass cards and explore religious goods and books. Newsletters, articles, and updates keep supporters informed about the Redemptorists’ activities and spiritual resources.
