Red Mountain Canine

Red Mountain Canine is a dog training and boarding business in Rail Road Flat, offering positive reinforcement training and care for dogs of different ages and temperaments. The business identifies as a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner and provides board-and-train services alongside dog boarding. Training can help dogs build foundational skills, become more comfortable with handling, and gain experience with new sights, sounds, people, and other dogs. Client accounts describe individualized, patient support, with updates, photos, videos, and written training summaries shared during stays.

Boarding is offered in a spacious, clean setting, with kennels in a temperature-controlled garage. Dogs may receive exercise in a large pen, walks, and, where appropriate, structured training sessions during their stay. Owners have also described the team’s thoughtful care for nervous dogs and attention to medication and feeding needs. The website includes information about rates, services, and a gallery, and lists available puppies. Red Mountain Canine aims to give owners a combination of practical training support and attentive care while their dogs are away from home.
