Red PITA is the online platform for Andalusia’s Comprehensive Tobacco Plan, a regional initiative focused on addressing the tobacco epidemic. It provides a shared space for professionals from different sectors to collaborate and access information, training and practical resources that support tobacco prevention and cessation.

The platform’s materials include current regulations, guides and protocols, professional forums, and resources for working groups. It also offers training and information on tobacco and COVID-19, alongside content for World No Tobacco Day 2026. Its initiatives promote smoke-free environments and help prevent people from starting to use tobacco. They also support people who want to quit smoking and help them reduce the risk of relapse.

Featured programs include the Andalusian Network of Health Services and Smoke-Free Spaces (RASSELH), as well as initiatives for smoke-free beaches and swimming pools and smoke-free universities. Red PITA serves as a resource hub for professionals and the wider community, bringing together information and collaborative opportunities to advance tobacco control across Andalusia.
