Red Rock Audubon

Red Rock Audubon is a local Audubon organization dedicated to the conservation of habitat for birds and other wildlife across southern Nevada. As a chapter of the National Audubon Society, they have been actively involved since 1976 and are committed to environmental stewardship in the Mojave desert during a time of climate change. Red Rock Audubon conducts a variety of activities, including birding events, habitat restoration projects, education programs, workshops, and monthly general membership meetings.

Their vision is to create a resilient environment that unites communities to act as environmental stewards for the natural world, while their mission focuses on protecting birds and the natural world through equitable education and environmental stewardship. Red Rock Audubon is committed to fostering equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging and welcomes everyone to participate in their activities. They also acknowledge the importance of indigenous land and honor their relationship with the Las Vegas Paiute Tribe.
