Red Tiger

Red Tiger is a family-run martial arts school located at Smolna 30 in central Warsaw, near Nowy Świat. Founded in 1989 by Master Lech Jerzy Pałys, the club has operated continuously at the same location and is now taught by the Pałys family and experienced instructors. Its small groups, capped at 20 participants, welcome beginners and provide individual guidance in technique and training pace.

The school offers Kung Fu and Wushu, boxing, women’s boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, women’s self-defense, Combat training, Tai Chi, and instruction in Chinese sword and fan forms. Classes range from fitness, coordination, and traditional movement to practical self-defense and controlled-contact training. Beginners’ courses start with the fundamentals, while selected disciplines and groups are designed for specific needs, including women’s training and Tai Chi for different ages and levels.

Red Tiger also provides online enrollment and payment, schedule information, and help choosing a class. The club reports that its competitors have earned more than 400 medals and over 50 Polish championship titles.
