Reed Nature & Climate Solutions is an ecological and climate resilience consultancy helping land managers respond to environmental change. The firm serves government agencies, nonprofits, and private landowners, combining environmental monitoring, modeling, and established stewardship practices to support more climate-resilient landscapes.

Its services include climate risk assessment using Ecological Site Descriptions, transition modeling, and GIS analysis to identify potential degradation. The consultancy also helps clients select resilience indicators suited to their sites and conservation goals, improving understanding of climate impacts and supporting restoration decisions. Through environmental planning, it uses statistical modeling to identify drivers of change and develop science-based adaptive management plans.

Founded by ecologist and climate strategist Nichole Reed, Ph.D., the firm draws on her ten years of experience in soil health, restoration, and climate research. Her work has included studying US Forest Service restoration trajectories and drought effects on USDA grazing lands. Past partners include federal agencies, research organizations, and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
