Reef Haven

Reef Haven is an Australian saltwater aquarium retailer based in Box Hill South, Victoria, focused on marine life, responsible husbandry and helping customers build healthy aquariums. The business sells a wide selection of marine fish, including tangs, clownfish, wrasses, angels and invertebrates, alongside corals such as Euphyllia, mushrooms, soft corals and SPS varieties. Its store also stocks live rock, aquarium systems and equipment, including lighting, pumps, filters, skimmers, heaters, foods, supplements and automated dosing products.

Reef Haven highlights its fish quarantine process as a central part of its service. Fish are treated with copper, praziquantel and formalin, held for at least two weeks, moved to a sterile system with UV, and fed regularly before sale. The retailer offers overnight delivery throughout Australia, with a stated flat shipping rate and a dead-on-arrival replacement policy. Additional services include aquarium maintenance, custom aquarium design and water delivery. Reef Haven also provides marine care guides and information on acclimation, quarantine, shipping and livestock care, supporting customers in keeping their aquatic environments healthy.
