ReFit Kids

ReFit Kids is a children’s sports school in Steinfurt-Borghorst, Germany, offering sport-educational training for ages 4 to 15. Founded by siblings René and Maike, the school combines their experience in children’s martial arts, fitness, and sports instruction to support both physical development and personal growth. Its approach uses elements of martial arts and fitness not simply for exercise, but to help children build confidence, courage, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure and conflict.

Training is organized by age: KitaKids for ages 4–6, SchulKids for ages 6–10, and Teenagers for ages 10–15. Sessions are adapted to each group’s developmental needs and focus on respect, fairness, concentration, emotional balance, coordination, and body control. The school’s Triple M method brings together Moral, Mind, and Motion. Children train weekly in small groups of four to six per coach, with each 45-minute session led by familiar instructors. ReFit Kids also works with regional schools, childcare centers, and other institutions, and offers prospective families a free trial session.
