Services include individual guidance that combines Western psychology with Eastern wisdom, focusing on deep-rooted childhood patterns and personal change.

Massage and energetic therapy place greater emphasis on the body and energy, with sessions intended to support relaxation, connection and the release of perceived blockages. Clients may combine these approaches, and can arrange a free introductory meeting in the practice or online. Reflow also offers special experiences and group activities, including open-eye meditation sessions, individual day retreats, practical massage and relaxation days, women’s gatherings and a four-part inner journey for women.
