ReForm Plastic is a social enterprise that offers effective and affordable upcycling technologies to tackle hard-to-process plastics. Our solutions can process such plastics into versatile, durable, value-added products that can be utilized in various sectors, including the construction and furniture industries. Our portfolio of solutions is designed to address all hard-to-manage plastic streams, making it a viable option for existing operations and those who want to start tackling waste from the ground up. We have developed cost-effective technologies that can be applied to various contexts, volumes, feedstock streams, and operators. With 14 social franchise factories already in operation or installed across South Asia and Africa, we are not just talking about it - we are doing it. Our social franchise model empowers local entrepreneurs or organizations while removing unusable waste from the environment. We operate across the entire value chain and build collection schemes through our network, including collectors for feedstock securitization. Our social initiative, "The Collector Network," empowers local, informal waste collectors, mainly women, by providing training, access to healthcare, recognition from the government, livelihood improvement through more effective collection, and other support services. We are continuing to extend our solution portfolio to process various waste streams, including from the aquaculture industry, turning used pond liners back into recycled granulate and other value-added products. Moreover, we are able to support various businesses with the collection of materials specifically to comply with EPR and plastic credit schemes.
