Refreshers Lounge

The Refresher’s Lounge, created by She Hit Refresh founder Cepee, is a monthly membership for women aged 30 and over who want to turn their plans to move abroad into reality. Drawing on Cepee’s experience building a life in Spain and her work supporting women considering a move, the Lounge offers a structured roadmap, practical guidance, and ongoing encouragement.

Members receive a three-step move-abroad roadmap, live calls with experts, job-search support, and a resource library that includes courses and webinar replays. Topics covered include budgeting, scouting trips, moving with pets, remote work, and navigating visa options. Mastermind calls and a community of women who are planning, pursuing, or have completed an international move provide opportunities to share questions and stay accountable.

The membership is designed for women with varied circumstances and goals, including career professionals, single and married women, childfree women, and empty nesters. Its focus is helping members find clarity, build confidence, and make informed progress toward a new life abroad, with support rather than having to work everything out alone.
