Refuge de l’Angoumois

Refuge de l'Angoumois is a dedicated animal shelter that provides care, protection, and support to abandoned and mistreated dogs and cats. Committed to saving and rescuing animals, the refuge offers a safe haven for those in need, ensuring they receive the necessary medical attention, vaccinations, parasite treatment, and sterilization. With over 367 dogs and cats currently under its care, Refuge de l'Angoumois faces financial challenges due to the overwhelming number of animals and the costs associated with their well-being.

Despite the presence of volunteers, the refuge relies on donations and support from animal lovers to maintain its operations. In addition to offering adoption services for both cats and dogs, the refuge welcomes individuals to become volunteers or foster families, temporarily sheltering animals that are unable to live with others. The refuge also encourages individuals to become sponsors, helping to provide ongoing care and support to a chosen animal.

Your support, be it a small monetary donation or a volunteer effort, will make a significant difference in the lives of these abandoned and mistreated animals.
