About Greek Refugee Forum
The Greek Forum of Refugees is a non-profit association established in 2013 in Athens, dedicated to supporting and empowering asylum seekers, refugees, migrants, and stateless individuals. Our mission is to serve as a vital resource for refugee communities and individuals seeking collective representation to address their needs within the state and host society. We prioritize the integration, inclusion, and participation of refugees in Greek and European society, promoting non-discrimination and intercultural dialogue.
Through advocacy, information dissemination, and community-building activities, we uplift the voices of refugees and facilitate their active engagement in public affairs. We collaborate with various refugee communities, both formal and in the process of legalization, fostering their organization and representation to effectively navigate social challenges. Additionally, we actively participate in international and European networks to influence policy for the betterment of refugees.
